Polycarve is a high-density, rigid thermoplastic laminate consisting of three layers. The two outer layers are set in an opaque colour while the middle layer is set in a contrasting colour. To produce a sign you simply router or engrave on the outer layers to exposed the middle contrasting layer. Ploy carve is totally resistant to climatic changes or harsh weather. It also has a unique non-stick and non-absorbent surface ensuring that signs cannot be destroyed with graffiti and is wiped clean in seconds.
